How the Plumbing Goes In

New construction plumbing happens in stages, each tied to a point in the build schedule.

Underground rough in

Drain, waste and vent lines set before the slab is poured, positioned to the final floor plan.

Top out

Supply lines and vents run through the framing once walls are up, then pressure tested for inspection.

Trim and final

Fixtures, faucets, water heater and appliance connections installed once tile, cabinetry and counters are in.

Final inspection

We are on site for the plumbing inspection and handle anything the inspector raises.
